Kind of similar to so-called charity organizations. They post kids of color on tv and tell viewers how the kids are in need. One face of the western oligarchy back destabilizing operations that cause resource-rich nations to be impoverished, while the other face create charity organizations and NGO’s as a cover. This practice has been going on for decades.
