ICAV began as an informal network in 1998 and continues as a registered entity operating internationally, thanks to the efforts of our representatives who volunteer their time and energies.

The role of ICAV Representative acts as the central point of contact for new intercountry adoptees coming into the network, helping connect adoptees to others in their local area and steering them towards relevant resources and supports.
