Attached is the Information Session Overview, what I went through via the online video group on 18 March for the General Interest & Information Session for this project.
If you wish to proceed in being further involved in the project, you will need to print and fill out the following forms:
Project Participation Consent
Statement by a Supplier – allows me to distribute a financial gift for your contribution as a “hobby” where the tax on it, is paid by you.
Then either scan and email back, or take up-close and clear (not blury) photos and sms, to Lynelle Long.
Please include in your email or message me separately, 2 dates within the next 3 weeks (last date 9 April) that you propose for your Audition with me.
